Terms and Conditions

Last updated: October 2026

These terms cover your use of this website and electrical work carried out by Electrician Clyde Hill in Clyde Hill, Washington and the surrounding cities of King County. They are general terms for a small residential service business and are not legal advice.

Our Services

We carry out residential electrical work: EV charger installation, electrical remodels and renovation wiring, whole-home rewiring, dedicated circuit installation, emergency electrical service, electrical panel upgrades, new construction wiring, lighting installation and upgrades, and electrical troubleshooting and repair. We do not take on commercial work.

Use of the Website

The content here is general information about residential electrical work. It is not an instruction manual, and electrical work carries real risk. Do not rely on anything here as a substitute for having a qualified person look at your installation.

Appointments and Estimates

Estimates are based on what can be seen at the time they are given. Where opening up a wall, a panel or a crawl space reveals conditions that were not visible, we will stop, explain what has been found and agree how to proceed before carrying on. Appointment times are our honest best estimate and can move when an earlier job turns out to be more involved than it looked.

The website is provided as is. We make no warranty that it is complete or error-free. Our work is covered by the terms agreed with you at the time of the job; nothing on this website extends or replaces them.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising from use of this website is limited. Liability for the work we carry out is governed by the agreement for that work and by applicable Washington law.
